The current name dates back to 1937, the year of the union with Edmond Jaeger's Parisian house. As early as 1844, the Millionomètre devised by Antoine LeCoultre laid the foundations for the precision the manufacture is known for. In 1931, the brand's most recognisable piece appeared: the Reverso, whose reversible case was designed to protect the crystal during polo matches played by British officers in India.
