Loyalty programme

We have established a loyalty programme designed to thank and reward our most valued clients. This complimentary service allows you to accumulate rewards with every purchase made on our website. Upon creating your account, or if you are already one of our clients, you are automatically enrolled in the programme.

For every euro spent online, you earn points that may be converted into discounts on your future purchases. These rewards remain valid for a period of twelve months. You may consult your points balance and the history of your benefits at any time via your personal account, within the “My Account” section.

Using your rewards is straightforward. Simply sign in to your account, add your selected creations to your basket, and apply your available points at checkout. Should you prefer to reserve your points for a future purchase, they will remain securely recorded in your account.

Please note that only online purchases are eligible for the accumulation of loyalty points. Purchases made in boutique are not included in the programme. Furthermore, certain brands are not eligible for the use of loyalty points. The following brands are therefore excluded from the programme: TUDOR, TAG Heuer, CARTIER.
