Get ready to set sail with this classic steel Carrera case, fitted with a regatta countdown indicator and water-resistant to 100 metres. The Skipper owes its unique and unmistakable look to the original model, born of Jack Heuer's involvement in the America's Cup, the oldest race in the world, as official timekeeper for the crew of the Intrepid in the 1960s.
The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Skipper watch reveals a regatta design inspired by the America's Cup, combining a teal dial and a regatta countdown. Enhanced by the mechanical tradition of TAG Heuer watches and the sporting spirit of Carrera men's watches, it asserts its character every time you set sail.Its 39 mm steel case and Heuer 02 movement offer exceptional autonomy while remaining true to the heritage of classic TAG Heuer Carrera watches. This sailing chronograph, as elegant as it is technical, perfectly complements a collection of contemporary TAG Heuer women's watches or a set of refined nautical accessories.
This TAG Heuer Carrera is signed TAG Heuer. The Carrera was designed in 1963 by Jack Heuer, official timekeeper of the 12 Hours of Sebring, drawing inspiration from the Mexican Carrera Panamericana road race.
Its steel case is water resistant to 100m (10 bar), protected by sapphire crystal. The automatic movement powers the watch and delivers a 80-hour power reserve, under a blue dial and chronograph and date functions. The textile bracelet closes with a deployant clasp. It joins the Maison's TAG Heuer chronographs.
Available at Auberi, official TAG Heuer retailer on the French Riviera, this men's watch comes with a 5-year warranty. Payment in 3, 4 or 10 instalments up to €15,000 with Alma.
