Description
Founded in 1960, the Japanese house Grand Seiko embodies “The Nature of Time”, a watchmaking philosophy inspired by the seasons and shaped by the Takumi, master artisans devoted to the mastery of their craft. The beating heart of Grand Seiko, the Heritage Collection revives the lines of the house's earliest timepieces, the 44GS and 62GS from 1967, reinterpreted with today's movements and craftsmanship — including Zaratsu polishing, the house's signature hand-finishing technique. This reference SBGW321 is named Nishikigoi, a tribute to Japan's ornamental koi carp.
The steel case, with a red dial, houses a hand-wound movement, for a 72-hour power reserve and 100m (10 bar) water resistance. The alligator leather strap closes with a pin buckle, under sapphire crystal. 5-year international warranty. Limited edition.
