Breitling's versatile watch, suited to your every desire. The Chronomat holds an important place in Breitling's history. By launching it in 1984, at a time when ultra-thin quartz timepieces were the order of the day, Breitling took a risky gamble with a mechanical watch of impressive size. Based on the Frecce Tricolori chronograph, developed and launched in 1983 in collaboration with the famous Italian aerobatic team, the Chronomat celebrated Breitling's centenary in style and restored the mechanical chronograph to its rightful place. It is worth remembering that the brand built its entire worldwide reputation on these absolutely sublime watches. Available in a wide range of materials, from stainless steel to 18 carat red gold, the Chronomat is fitted with a 42 mm case and an iconic bezel with four rider tabs. Available in a whole palette of coloured dials, the Chronomat is offered with the metal Rouleaux bracelet or a rubber strap. It is powered by the Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01, a COSC-certified chronometer.
