The SBGR325 symbolizes the evolution of the 9S family over its quarter century of existence. With its discreet shape and high precision, it embodies the very first watch equipped with the 9S and instantly recalls the beginnings of the automatic caliber it contains. ot ot The blue dial of this timepiece evokes the clear, clear sky of Mount Iwate and transports us to the heart of Iwate prefecture, the cradle of Grand Seiko mechanical watches. ot Visible through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback, the oscillating weight features the brand’s signature blue color, obtained using an anodic oxidation process. The timepiece features caliber 9S65 and offers a power reserve of 72 hours. Created by the skilled artisans of Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi, this 9S 25th Anniversary Limited Edition measures 37.0mm, the same diameter as the SBGR001 that introduced the 9S caliber family.
