The day before your appointment, you'll receive a reminder email with a link.
A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, all you have to do click on this link, and authorize access to your computer's webcam and microphone as requested.

No application is required.
At the appointed time, your consultant will join you and you can begin your private shopping session.
