IWC Portugieser Automatic Watch

The Portugieser Automatic has become one of the most popular Schaffhausen Portugieser models. The balanced dial design retains the classic charm of the legendary original Portugieser dating from the 1930s of the 20th century. The winding pawls, the automatic wheel and the oscillating weight housing of the legendary Pellaton winding are made of particularly wear-resistant ceramic: two barrels provide an impressive seven-day power reserve. The strap lugs have been optimized according to ergonomic principles to make wearing more comfortable, even for thinner wrists. The Portugieser Automatic is available with a 42.3 millimeter fine steel case, a silver dial, blue hands and appliques. Thanks to the thinner oscillating weight, looking through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback reveals even more parts of the in-house caliber 52010, such as the black ceramic winding pawls or the Côtes de Genève ornament.
