During the Five Deeps expedition in 2019, the Ultra Deep made history by descending to the deepest point on Earth. Following this record-breaking dive, the game-changing watch was adapted into a unique consumer collection. Tested in real ocean conditions during its development, the design is water-resistant to 6,000 meters and complies with the ISO 6425:2018 saturation diving watch standard. This robust 45.5 mm O-MEGASTEEL model features a polished black ceramic bezel with a Liquidmetal™ diving scale. Its domed, protruding sapphire crystal caps a blue-to-black gradient lacquered dial and features 18K white gold hands and indexes coated with white Super-LumiNova. The watch is fitted with an O-MEGASTEEL bracelet with OMEGA’s patented expandable folding clasp, featuring a ratchet clasp for size adjustment and an additional extension for diving, while the grade 5 titanium medallion on the caseback bears the laser-engraved Sonar emblem with the iconic OMEGA seahorse at its centre. The watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8912 movement.
